Are these accurate either? Plummer down for zero passing errors. She shanked well, quite a few. Anyway, Plummer came in so clutch for Imoco in set five with those five kills on five swings and no errors! Definitely revived her attacking stat line as well. š

Funny scene in set 4 15-14 when (after a good service run) Plummer serves into net and camera shows her looking to the sideline expecting the usual Gennari sub after she's done serving at that point in a set but Santa keeps her on with Antrapova coming up to serve. She's like "you sure bro?" but he keeps her on and subs Gennari for Kelsey instead later which works out really well. Plumdawg passes dimes and plays great floor defense the rest of the set.
Contrary to some opinions I've seen Plummer is actually a damn good defender on anything she can reach without moving. She's not a "mobile" defender but you hit the ball at her in back and it's coming up.

Oh my god! I really didnāt believe we can win! I take the blame! We can talk Plummer for ages: she's secured her spot forParis, alongside Avery and Cook. This match ended the right way mostly thanks to Moki Gennari Bardaro (defense and serve) in set VĀ°, though. Overall, opposites aside, KP > BHerbots. Santarelli hard to judge

In the folder I have put videos of the two finals games played so far between IMOCO and Scandicci, both with ENG commentary. The video definition of VBTV is poor. The RAI version (with ITA commentary and F2 starts at 2-2 in the first set) is slightly better, although 720p. mega.nz/folder/mqBBSSBY#mZ4Far8hqvtHGiAPgUbsTw

Just a random observation about Conegliano/Wolosz success. Imoco wins when Wolosz is distribution the ball... when things get tough, she relies on her opposite (Haak ball) way too much. Earth shattering, I know... It's been this way all the way back to when Lowe was the opposite. It's been super apparent the last 3 matches. It nice to see KP come through clutch at the end putting the ball away when needed. KP is definitely ready to be a go to on some team. It's too bad she's spent so much time with a world class hitter like Haak only to go to another team with the same thing... sigh

Them getting Nicoletti means Boskovic has a very solid back up and with Plummer plus Nicoletti that should be enough vs most teams they play: they could let Tijana rest a lot and then Kathryn be the go to. Although Iāll be honest Iām not super excited about the transfer. Plummer has incredible moments but sheās still pretty poor defensively and can shank still even tho her passing has improved

To the eye test, she is. Although not at the pace some on here would like. It's like everyone forgets that MBH was pretty sus as a passer until she finally "arrived" in 2020 only to see her offensive presence wane shortly afterwards. I don't get why everyone expects KP to just show up one day an be an elite passer. That takes time.
