I think Antropova deserves an award for the season. She was really the only semi-reliable offensive option for Scandicci this season, and especially this final series.

What a fantastic player she has become, I’m excited to watch her with Italy this summer. It’s unfair that they get both her and Egonu and USA doesn’t get one consistent opposite but it’s fine |

well hell, madden has been right. i literally didnt think scandicci could even get here, much less make this series REALLY entertaining. im excited for next season. scandicci's passing and defense was just awful but they improve it a lot heading into next season with brenda

Even if I wanted Imoco to win this series, I'm sad to see this Scandicci team go. So fun watching them get SO much better throughout the season. Huge shoutout to Maja throughout the series as well. The last few points of this series does not define her performance throughout the series. She was consistently good at her play and leadership. Imoco is just crazy good and Scandicci had them shaking in their boots unlike any team ever has (besides Fener of course  ) |

Plummer shanked for the drama but came up big in the last few sets. Proud of her. Cook was great especially the defense!
