At least for another year. Then 200+ championships transfer to the B1G. Except beach VB of course… those championships will stay. 😆 It’ll be interesting to see if the PAC-12 allows USC and UCLA to remain in the conference for beach as affiliate members. I could definitely see them saying no out of spite.

I've never heard of a conference split so amicable that the jilted conference allows the leaving teams to keep it's teams in as affiliate members. I would assume their gone, assuming P12 had enough teams to continue to get an auto-berth. (They might be waiting to see who joins the new conference)

They could join the CCSA with LSU and Grand Canyon, which would make that a beach super conference. Geography wouldn't be a big deal since they basically meet one weekend.

I'm sure I read that wrongly.. watching court 1, UCLA down around 8-9, the other four courts scores are shown... UCLA down on all 5 courts. Am I dreaming?

What motivated the change to single elimination? That's frankly quite ridiculous for a sport that takes between 40 minutes and an hour.

UCLA now up 2-1. Courts 1 and 2 going to three sets. So way behind schedule already. They need to allot more than one hour for most of these duals.

👍👍
Kudos to Cal, impressive. And whew.
Whitmarsh is Whitmarsh, what a swing to clinch game 1.
Love the carousel name, love the Brennan carousel 'stat' - won with every partner.
Usually a team's #1 is not my favorite pair and I don't follow them as closely as others. Did not know Denaburg played #1 her entire career. Incredible.

FSU gets a point at the 5s. Other four matches are going three sets.
If they maintain their leads, they could win at the 1s and 3s to finish off LSU.
