Morrisson is amazing, 11 kills and 1 error --- UW 25 - 19 If Morrison had been healthy last year in Long Beach, UW would have been in that championship game, and probably won it all! They are gonna kick Stanford's ass this year, bet on it!

it's less the disparity in talent that gets me down, because obviously washington is more talented all along the line, it's the timidity and lack of thought shown by the team. they should play every match like there's nothing to lose, and they should learn at least a bit from their mistakes. unfortunately, that never seems to happen. i do think part of it is that shoji is just too nervy and conservative, and i think that leeches onto his teams.

People have commented on how he never changes as his quick offense of last year isn't so quick this year. I to think Hawaii needs to play like they have nothing to lose, not "I dont want to lose"

To give you a clue of how Hawaii is playing tentative is this...Kanoe gets the dig...Boogard runs and hits the ball towards the net....it drops as Hittle and Mason just watch.

Hittle needs to be moved back to OH the next game, too many mistakes including herself as a libero. Tentative, this team obviously did not read Bown's article.
