Top 25 results I receive daily below and other good links for results are (https://www.ncaa.com/scoreboard/volleyball-women/d3) and on Rich Kern's site all game scores (https://www.richkern.com/vb/GameScores/indexsub.asp?Div=DIII) and I like the colors to show good wins or upsets.

9/1 Augustana and Wartburg at Colorado MSJ, Musky, Stevens Point, at Christopher Newport Augsburg with Stockton at Haverford (Pa) Ithaca and Millikin at NYU Berry, Calvin, IWO at Transy Hope, Otterbein and St. Olaf at Wash U Beloit, Juniata, Witt at Hopkins BSC, Osh Kosh, Whitworth at Trinity Calvin impressed with wins over Transy and Berry. Osh Kosh made a statement with wins over UT Dallas and @ Trinity. Juniata picked up with they left off. Hope and CMS came through as expected And if there was a surprise, Mt. St. Joseph's had an impressive weekend. 9/8 Calvin, Hope, Denison at Witt Berry, Carnegie, CNU at Juniata Cal Lu, Colorado Emory, Hopkins, Trinity, Tufts, Wash U at CMS Carthage, Millikin, ONU at Osh Kosh Calvin, Hope and Albion all come in undefeated. Dennison also comes in undefeated, Ohio Wesleyan at 3-1 and Witt at 1-2 but those two losses were to Juniata and Hopkins. Should be fun. Juniata may not be challenged here, but Berry, Carnegie Mellon and a 1-2 Christopher Newport team will be interesting. Osh Kosh returns home as the conquering hero, to face 3 formidable opponents who were around the bubble last year, if I recall. I'm sure they'd love to take down the Titans here. Side Note, Osh Kosh will have 10 matches in 8 days, and have flown to Texas and back. On quality I like them here but are we concerned about fatigue at some point? WIth a loaded field at CMS, who among these teams do we think will be back in December? Those programs, I'm sure they are all thinking about it. It's almost too many good teams to really have any idea what the results could mean this early in the season but if nothing else it should be fun! What else is going on this weekend?

9/8 & 9/9: Babson heads to NYU for them, Amherst, and Stockton, for some Region 1, 2, and 4 compares.
For region 3 versus Region 1 & 2 there is Ithaca traveling to Cambridge for matches against MIT and Endicott.
A team I am watching this year is Colby. Looks like they have decided volleyball is now important as they let 3rd year coach Lindsay Johnson bring in FIFTEEN first years(shattering Ben Somera's record of 10 in 2016 he used to get Wesleyan(CT) started). Colby heads to University of Chicago this weekend.
Tufts, with the handicap of shorter NESCAC preseason and not playing weekend #1, will be up against it in East/West challenge. Colorado College, Emory, Trinity(TX) at CMS!!
Bowdoin makes it's non region trip to Swarthmore, playing them, Arcadia, and Salisbury. Region 1 v Regions 4 & 5.
Springfield heads to Montclair, playing them, Cortland, and Franklin & Marshall. Region 2 v Regions, 3, 4, and 5.
Nearby, Middlebury is at Kean(coming off Ithaca win), they also get Cortland, and Gettysburg. So Region 1 v Regions 3, 4, and 5.

Endicott's slacking only bringing in 10 but 2 transfers too so does that get them a Silver? Should be good to see where everyone can get to for October.

Springfield vs Cortland is at Kean on Friday before going to Montclair on Saturday with FM. Manhattanville who was ranked in Region 3 last year will also be at Kean to play Kean and Gettysburg. There are a lot of important volleyball matches and lots of data points for the committee in November. How many are helpful and how many point in opposite directions? We'll see.

AVCA Poll is out. Some oddities with the voting makes me think that not everyone is focused on results yet.
For instance Osh Kosh flew down to Trinity and beat Trinity 3-0 on their home court. Osh Kosh is still 2 places behind Trinity.
Stevens Point and Mt. St. Joes have the same 3 wins. SP has 983 votes/points and is 15th. MSJ has 67 votes/points and is 30th (5th in also receiving votes). Stevens Point did beat Muskingum 1 set faster but is 1 set worth 900 points places? And of course one of the teams they both beat is Christopher Newport, at Christopher Newport, and CNU is 25th with 158 votes/points while MSJ is down the list.
Lets see what next week brings.

Carthage and Concordia(WI) both came in at 1-2 and needing a win. Carthage got it in 5. Virginia Wesleyan with a mild upset of Christopher Newport. Bethel off to an 0-4 start after 3 tough ones and a Minn-Morris upset. No top 100 matchups today 9/7.
