Standings of teams with chances for the tourney:
STANFORD 15-1 22-3 ARIZONA ST 12-4 24-4 OREGON 12-4 22-5 USC 11-5 17-9 WASHINGTON ST 10-6 20-7 UCLA 8-8 16-10 COLORADO 6-10 14-13 WASHINGTON 5-11 14-13
The top 5 are definitely in the tourney. Its looking very likely that UCLA will be in now too, but Col and WA are looking likely to miss it unless they come up with several good wins from their remaining matches. Agreed?

If UCLA takes care of business v. Cal and OSU, the voters of this poll got it right, those exact six.

What is your beef? he's saying that Udub and USC had the same votes, which I had not noticed. Meaning if Udub doesn't make it in, the poll would have missed by one the correct result.

I'm feeling too lazy to look this up for myself, so I'm asking here:
Has Colorado been an objectively better program under Mahoney than under Kritza?

Not sure it matters? If I remember correctly, Kritza was let go for more than performance-related issues. Oh I didn’t mean to suggest otherwise, I was just curious if he lifted them at all When he got Alexa Smith to transfer in, it was. Though to be fair, saying it was "under Kritza" is likely overestimating how much coaching she was doing on those teams.

UCLA played a great game yesterday against no. 2 Stanford. The 4th set was amazing, coming back to win when Stanford had 24 points. They took the no.2 team in the country to 5 sets.
