Oh is this first Jacksonville State player to be picked up!? At the start of the season, I wanted so badly to have at least one player from every eligible team represented in my fantasy database, but I just couldn't with this team.

I am Towson Volleyball now. oh I’ve been eyeing her for a while. if I didn’t waste 4 of my add/drops already, I would’ve grabbed her after her performance this weekend. I probably should’ve done her instead of Caylen Alexander. we’ll see!

Drop: Shelby Capllonch, OH, Utah State Add: Tercariol Isadora, S, San Diego Kingsley Her names are the other way around but thanks for the frustrating San Diego memories She went from 6-2 to 5-1 to bench the Blossom year back to 6-2, 5-1. Gotta be careful with Petrie. But you’re not alone, I remember c4ndlelight getting screwed in the Anna Newsome days.

Yeah, we'll see re San Diego. They've been sticking with a 5-1 for a few weeks now, and with 7 setters on my roster it's not like I have to play her, but I think San Diego's ability to overmatch most of the WCC makes her a valuable option for the remainder of the season. I'm tired of teams going to 5 sets.... some of these win margins are pretty close and matches going to 5 sets can really affect you at the margins.... I need weekly options. Now that we are in conference play and competition is a bit more predictable, my goal for my setters are to never play 5 set matches...San Diego in the WCC is about the only eligible team whose setter wasn't already on a roster that isn't likely to go 5 sets with most conference teams.

And here i went thinking Wazzu wouldn’t go 5 with freaking Arizona I love the scoring system change. I remember getting particularly screwed by a mediocre Maryland team getting pushed to 5 against Howard and UTRGV so Katie Myers could go off and nearly single-handedly beat me, and then the very next week go against someone with Erika Pritchard, who put up monster stats in 5-setters against George Mason and Princeton. I nearly quit on the spot just for the indignity of a team underperforming so badly to beat me. At least now, if a player's team underperforms and gets pushed to five, it's not a bonus.

I don't recall that year. Was it totals or per match?

Since Fairbanks set in a 5-1 for Pitt's most recent match, I could play her as my setter this week, yeah?
