I saw that, but I’m not really anticipating a win in digs, as most of my outsides tend to hover around the 1.5-2.0dps mark

This seems like a very important week in the grand scheme of the league.

Vballfreak has a 2-game lead over the two 2nd place teams (ay2013 and eazy), and the 2nd-place teams play each other. A 2-0 week for the freak means they'd be at least 3 games ahead of everyone in the league except the eazy/ay winner (but possibly them too if they lost their other game).

In the 2nd place match, it is already a re-match, ay beat eazy the first go. A win for AY would mean they'd be 2-0 over eazy with a tiebreaker and be a game ahead depending on what happens with their other matches.

Freak also plays uofaGRAD and myself (two teams tied for 4th), who freak already beat both of us. If freak beats us again, it makes us very unlikely to have a shot at winning the league, ad we'd be a full four games behind and both of us would lose any direct tie-breaker with freak.

vballfan17 also has a crucial week, who is among the 4 teams tied for 4th. vballfan17 plays also tied for 4th Kingsley, and 2nd-placed eazy. A lot of H2H matches at the top.

A defining part of the week for freak's matches could be Sophie Fischer's stat line. She only has 1 match this week against Mississippi State. Fischer is undeniably the most valuable middle in the league this year.

I definitely don’t feel too confident this week. Not that it’s a huge impact but of all my players (including bench), 67% of their matches are on the road.

You and uofagrad both played 2 setters to my 1 so you will both get an automatic assists win. Plus I ran more middles so digs go in favor of you both. Both of you also produce well in kills so I don’t see myself securing that at all. And we all know aces are a wildcard.

Even if I were to win both and have a 4-match lead, there is still so much of season to play and with two games a week, it can change things so quick. I’m honestly barely getting wins regardless of what place teams are in the standings.

Also, noticing that Madden still has Zelaya on his sub list. Ava Martin is missing.

There could be a question about whether Martin or Otene subs in if Rutherford is still out for Kentucky. I went back and checked, but it didn't matter for last week's result (Madden loses 2-3 regardless if Ava Martin or Otene was subbed in).

Should be Martin in place of Zelaya. It’s a layover roster from a previous week, so we just gotta swap players.
