I'm happy when Joe is on vacation as long as his motorcade isn't in my backyard. I don't see much difference if he's in DC or elsewhere, he won't get the job done either way. Remember he is an 80 year old man in cognitive decline. At 80 years old you should be retired, and if not, then those vacation hours are as close as he can get to real retirement.
