I'm planning to update this post throughout the 2023 NCAA regular season with links to all the VT match threads that get made each week. The links are organized by the date and start time of each match. Folks are welcome to reply to this thread when they make a new thread (or if I've missed any) and I'll add it to this original post. I'll also be monitoring the board for new ones and will keep it up to date as much as I can. *Professional and international threads are also included in yellow. Big thanks to the thread-makers!

there was no thread for the Miami/Pitt game?....Nice battle of freshmen on both sides Lopez with 24 kills for MU and for Pitt Babcock 18 and Stafford 12...

there was no thread for the Miami/Pitt game?....Nice battle of freshmen on both sides Lopez with 24 kills for MU and for Pitt Babcock 18 and Stafford 12... The only teams that have devoted match thread-makers who religiously cover all their matches are Illinois, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Hawaii, Stanford, Louisville, Texas, Florida, Arizona, and Arizona State. Outside of covering those teams, we do ensure that there are match threads each week for all matches between Top 25 teams and teams receiving votes- most of the posts in this thread are communications between thread makers about who's making what threads. All that communication is in the open so anyone could monitor what's on our collective docket each week. Though Pitt doesn't have a regular match thread maker, a couple of us who are homers of other teams will still occasionally make threads for Pitt matches not against other ranked teams. I bet baytree and I would've both gladly made threads for both Pitt's matches if we knew there was interest. But we only know there's interest if people ask us directly. And anyone else is obviously welcome to make one themself, which is what volleyfan24 did on Friday when they saw there wasn't one made for Pitt vs. Florida State. |

I think I speak for all of us that we like when other people get involved with making threads. And no need at all to make them fancy. Usually basic info about start time and maybe links to the stream and live stats get the job done. For me, making match threads is like my only regular creative outlet so I view it almost like an art project, but basically all the extra stuff I add to mine is just fluff : ). If you'd ever like tips and tricks on how to add the fluff, we're all really willing to share what we know about match thread creation. It's a really good group for that. |

FYI, I also cover Cal every week. It's partly bc I root for them when they aren't playing Stanford and partly bc of how the PAC schedules matches. E.g., this week the Oregons are @ the Bay Areas. It's not much more work to do all four than to just do Stanford's.

I will be doing the Gopher matches (vs Purdue, at Indiana) and Hawaii’s two (at UC Irvine, at CSFullerton). I’ll also be making a thread for the Tommies’ match at Oral Roberts, though I think only a couple people care about it.  |
