Thailand must hope that no Asian teams qualify with this tournament and by the end of July 2024 win as many games as possible. |

Just eliminate VNL 2024 and have a last chance qualification tournament for the last 4 bid spots. 6 IOQT+HOST+Africa take up the first 8.
Let's say: NED/DOM (Pool A), TUR/BRA (Pool B), USA/ITA (Pool C) qualify directly here. That would mean:
Top 4 teams qualify at this 'last-chance' qualification tournament
Serbia
China
Italy
Poland
Japan
Canada
Germany
Thailand
Belgium
Czech Republic
Bulgaria
Argentina
Yes I chose DOM/NED to qualify directly in Pool A to be dramatic - but really, it's more likely that at least one of DOM/NED qualifies over China directly.
