People so thirsty to detract from Nebraska's big win. Sad. it was a great win, for sure. Some exuberance, even if arguably excessive, was to be expected.
The broader implications remain unknown at this time. I used to run marathons when I was much younger. I found that the best strategy for me was to run point to point, usually defined by one water station to the next. It didn't pay to get too high or too low during the run; just get to the next interim goal and move on. Nebraska did that. Stanford cramped up.
The last 6 miles of the marathon were the toughest. The tank is getting low, injuries can derail the run. The BIG season will be the same. There's a lot of the race yet to be run. Let's get it going and see who finishes strong. great point, completely agree. Lots of VB to play, and who knows how these squads will hold up. That said, win or lose, this Husker group is a joy to watch.

lmao dear lord imagine letting any athlete have a sort of personality. nothing bekka did was egregious. if you want to see classless athletes, go watch Ebrar Karakurt. lmao if i had an athlete disrespecting athletes across the field, net or anywhere, they'd se the bench. Now, your opinion is just that, but there were more than a few people in my house and online who thought it was disrespectful. lol dude its 2023. it's okay for women to play with some fire and passion. watch a few interviews of Allick and you'll understand it's just her fiery personality. She's actually a really good kid..

Debate all you want about who was better at what position last night. They were all good. Sportscenter top 10 plays of the day, #5, I think was a good example of why Nebraska won, they were just a little bit better on most points. Stanford block to the back line, ridiculous save by Choboy to keep it off the ground, and even more ridiculous save by Lexi to keep it off the ground (how she changed direction that quick was Lexi being Lexi), free ball to Stanford, unforced error overpass by Standord, Nebraska spike off the Stanford block into the net to win the point. It was Nebraska's night for once. Hasn't been that way VS Stanford or Wisconsin for a long time. Wins Nebraska the opportunity to be seeded higher come tournament time if they continue to play well. Long way to go, expect both teams will make a play for a top 4 seed by the time it's over. I am thankful the volleyball coaches play matches like this one early in the year.

It's immature when you disagree with someone to ridicule them, but have at it. It helps me understand why you support what that young woman did last night.

People act like there is something wrong with what our players do simply bc of the name on front of their jerseys. No one seemed to have an issue when Rettke, Robinson, Eggelston or whoever else would give staredowns or celebrate through the net lmao Ugh Eggleston is a horrible example for the context of that list. Lol Gabriel, Fields, O’Neal would have been much better options to include. I haven’t seen the video yet so I have nothing to say about what the list is being compared to.

She's actually a really good kid.. Has nothing to do with the year, or her being a woman or her passion. Male of female, passion is great. This went beyond. It was immature and if I were the other team's coach, I would have used it for motivation. She's not Haleigh Washington demonstrative; it much more than that. And for the record, I'm fine with a stare-down.

Don't care to convince you of anything, but none of those players, especially Eggleston, approach the crap that Becca was doing last night.

Her fire and grit were was “worse” than allick. To her teammates too lol. Not a bad thing on either part. As long as there isn’t trash talking through the net I don’t mind as much.

I don't care to produce evidence; it's not a trial (or pre-trial for that matter). I don't care to convince you. I thought it was crappy and unsportsmanlike and you don't have to agree.
