It’s never good when the commentators are even talking about how bad Illinois’ passing is. Interesting yet not surprising that we’ve only been in system 40% of the time this season.

The Illinois players don't trust each other and they don't show play by play effort. Mosher lets a second ball hit the floor because she looked to see if Terry was going to take it. A Collins middle attack was blocked and not a single player was down to cover. I could go on. Your skill level may not be where it should be, but there is no excuse for a lack of effort.

Illinois MO this season has been to drop the first set and then play much better after that. This isn’t Bradley they are facing though.
