Admittedly my Spanish is trash, but I always thought Palo Alto meant "high stick" or more loosely "high bar," as in, Stanford sets a high bar for their students. Apparently I should have asked someone when I lived amongst the Palo Altos. Palo Altoers. Palo Altonians. Whatever. Yeah, I've never heard Palo translated as tree. Pole or stick. What is meant by Palo Alto? El Palo Alto simply means "the tall tree" in Spanish. Listen. Palo Alto does not mean tall tree. Why don't you ask some friends who are native Spanish speakers. I understand that Palo Alto refers to a tall tree in the city somewhere, but it means "tall(or high) pole" or "tall (or high) stick" in Spanish. |

Stanford started to dig the Louisville bullets and pass those tough serves and that was the biggest difference of sets 3-5. Simple.
I said this before the match about Glock being the the most crucial player in Louisville’s side and indeed she was. She looked scared at times while Miner looked very confident running the Stanford offense.

you should have been a texas fan in omaha when nebraska was not in the final four (last year)...some mad folks, lol It's all about entitlement.
