This should be a tough match, but I think San Diego will pull it out in 4

This should be a tough match, but I think San Diego will pull it out in 4 I think San Diego is a more consistent team at this point. LMU can block, serve, and attack well enough to win. Their floor defense, serve receive is very sketchy. LMU has a high ceiling when they are playing well, but, they can become a mess VERY quickly. I'm interested to see what service pressure they bring. They need to win ground there to win.

LMU being 12-4 and San Diego being 9-6, both have been having solid conference seasons so far. San Diego has been winning more decisively for the most part though. San Diego beat Pacific 3-0, while LMU barely beat them 3-2. San Diego may be primed to take care of business in this match.

Question: Was San Diego exptected to struggle this much after last season? Also, has Anni Evans gotten any playing time?

Question: Was San Diego exptected to struggle this much after last season? Also, has Anni Evans gotten any playing time? San Diego lost both outsides, their opposite and 5-1 setter, along with their libero. So, yes.

LMU gave up a big lead in the 3rd - but hung on at the end.
LMU up 2-1.

San Diego setter sets a normal back set over the net to lose the 3rd. Brutal
