Lee College (JuCo, Texas) is again looking for head coach.
They are looking to fill very specific position as they have in the past - must have Masters and able to teach kinesiology classes. I know very qualified VB candidates who recieved rejection emails approx 5 mins after applying last year due to not meeting masters kinesiology requirement.
There is no problem with this being their requirement, but there is no wiggle room.

I didn't really even remember to see who, if anyone, they did hire. |
