Quick PSA. Miami University OH has jobs posted for and is looking to replace everyone but the Director of Operations.
Glassdoor, Indeed, and other similar websites have the salaries for these positions listed MUCH lower than the actual amounts being offered during interviews.

Such as? Im always down for fun rules questions. Team A serves the ball. Team B digs it towards the net but there's no one near the ball. As it approaches the net/drops, a player from Team A reaches under the net, catches the ball, and throws it back to the server. What's the call? Would you change the call if it was 13u rather than 18s or college? We (because I asked refs) couldn't find anything in the casebook--or in the rules as written at the time. One of the officials passed it up the PAVO food chain and got a response of "That's a new one". It's something that actually happened--but was in a HS fresh-soph game not college. The answer would have to be that the ball goes to the non-serving team--treating the ball passing under the plane of the net on a serve as the same as the ball landing. Otherwise, you could infer that going under the net and hitting a player from the other team before it lands would be a new way to score a point on serve, which I think we all know feels very wrong and against the intent of the rules as currently written. |

I haven’t seen anything about adding it, aside from this job posting. So I was just simply asking. I found an article in March that calls it an intramural program. |

North Dakota State University, a Division I institution and member of The Summit League, seeks applicants for a 2-year Graduate Assistant.
