I can't imagine that he would give up coaching the men's team for this opportunity, especially with the season just starting. This is not meant as a knock on their women's program by any means, but he's really built up their men's program over the past few seasons. |

It is sad that it takes this much stuff to happen for the school to step in and do something. I feel like most schools say they they care about the student athlete but in reality they only care what the outside perception is. They wont do anything about an issue until a story like this happens, and sometimes they wont even do about it then. I know a club coach that is just as bad or even worse, but he is VERY well connected and has some big money backing, so he isn't going anywhere. |

Annual posting. Different head coach but from what I’ve heard living in Vegas doesn’t always suit people. |

If you missed it, it'll open up again soon enough. They go through volleyball coaches fast in Galesburg. She was also hired to be SWA...that may help keep her around for a while. Job in the past has not included much in the way of other duties. Administrative position may lock her in for a while. New AD has been in the position for about 6 months. I think he will do good things for the department and be good to work for/with. This will be another reason to stick around as well. |

DIII Lawrence University (WI) is looking for a head coach. Previous coach last 1 year. Lawrence is a pretty good academic school, so that may impact recruiting. Big music conservatory and art school is I remember correctly. I think in the past they have recruited on a national level. That may have been impacted by the same financial woes a lot of small schools have suffered after COVID. I do not know... They do have healthy endowment, so maybe there has been little change. Nice campus, but athletic facilities are a little removed and separate from main campus - literally across the river. Been posted on school website since mid-December.
