USC 15-10 to win it. USC .245 UW .211 Fields 23k .333 Wilmes 20k .208 Isn’t Wilmes a walk on? I’m very happy for her, but just noting that schools clearly missed something.

Definitely not under the radar. From her UW bio: ".. . a member of the 2019 USA Youth National Training Team ... named an AVCA/Under Armour Third Team All-American ... one of 25 underclassmen to watch in 2020 by Volleyball Magazine ... led her West Linn squad to three straight Three Rivers League titles from sophomore to senior seasons ... a unanimous All-State Tourney First Team pick in 2019 helping West Linn to the 6A state semifinals ..."

I stand corrected.

After scoring three straight points in set two, UW went up 18-15. Hypothetically, had they won the second set, they would have swept USC. But all match long, they kept getting into streaks where they could not side-out. This stretch in the 2nd cost them the match (IMO):

Not a walk-on, but, from Oregon, more of a regional recruit, similar to Claire Hoffman, also from Oregon. Claire was #87 on the Senior Aces list (but made AVCA AA 2nd Team twice and 3rd Team once), while Audra was on the Next 150 list. At 6'1" she's slightly undersized for an outside hitter, which could also help explain her ranking. She's versatile, rather than flashy. She's a redshirt sophomore, so still has a lot of time to grow her game. I thought she was clearly hesitant at the start of the year, but has gained more and more confidence as the season has gone on.

Thanks I thought she played last year in the wake of Endsley’s injury.
