Texas has a high variance wrt pass quality. One set they are in the shank tank, and the next they look great. Baylor can probably take a set or maybe two in either match, but Texas usually shores up their passing enough to take 3 sets in any match.

Baylor played well last weekend, but Texas is riding an insane in conference home win streak. Hard to bet against that.

I’m so excited for that Friday match, to see all the whining about Longhorn Network.
Only a few matches left, so get your kicks in while you can. The first two rounds will be LHN, too, but unlike the regular season, they’re available on ESPN+ as well, which is necessary for any of the first two rounds.

I’m not sure Stowers even traveled for this series so wouldn’t expect any playing time from her. Her absence has been really puzzling.

If Texas plays like they did against BYU, they'll sweep this looking back at the stats I really dont see how we did so well, might have to go back and watch the games Don’t forget the 1st set of match 1 totally skewed the total stats for the match. |

I haven't been following Baylor since they played BYU I’m assuming injury. She hasn’t played in Baylor’s last 4 matches. I just read a preview article from BU and McGuyre said there’s 0% chance she plays this week. No other context besides that though. |

I mean technically it’s like a 6-2 with a DS, a la Wisconsin I mean Wisconsin has the firepower to not run out of subs. Isn’t their side out percentage extremely high? I feel like Baylor doesn’t have that luxury Wisconsin ran out of subs in two of the four 25-point sets against Nebraska last Saturday. Just saying. |
