I definitely agree that Elliot is harsh towards refs, but what's interesting to me is that the vast majority (as far as I know) of Texas players past and present have spoken very highly of Elliot. I'm curious what the Texas players think of the way Elliot interacts with the refs. Then again, if the refs made consistent calls we wouldn't be in this mess!

Part of it is I watch a lot of other college sports intensely. How Elliott behaves is completely in line with those other sports. But I also watch a lot of indoor volleyball, and how Elliott acts is definitely an outlier in this sport.
But it's still not an outlier to me. Football. Men's and women's basketball. This is SOP in those sports.
