Baylor converts on a great rally. 12-11 Texas.
I will say that's one of the best serves I've seen from Akana in a while. Completely took Baylor out of system, but couldn't convert.
Now Baylor ties it up at 12s.

I thought someone saying Elliott’s #1 skill is emotional intelligence was funny. And maybe they’re right: admitting that you don’t know something (along with asking for directions) can be tough things to do for some people. I don't know. there’s such a big gap between neb/wis/stan and texas omg No doubt about it. There's still more season left, and you don't know what can happen in a tournament. Texas will have to play their match of the season to beat any of those teams. I'll say this, though. They do have a very good service game, and they have Skinner and O'Neal. They have pieces. But yeah, I'm fully in agreement with you. |

This was back in 2019 and Baylor didn’t have room for her on the roster. She knew she wanted to play in the US so went to JUCO route and made her way to Baylor eventually. She’s been a huge addition. Allie Andrew has also been impressive at times. She’s very physically gifted, just catching up to the speed of the game still. |
