BTW if anyone's noticed that ESPN+ has the wrong start time listed for this match (11pm Pacific time, should be 10pm etc.) I contacted ESPN+ via their support chat site and asked that it be corrected. The agent seemed to understand the issue so it will hopefully be corrected soon. In past years, having the wrong start time listed did result in streaming starting late which would be really disappointing, especially for this match! Well, ESPN+ changed the start time, but overcorrected it to 9pm PT instead of 10pm. Maybe someone at ESPN+ thought the change from Daylight Savings to Standard Time would already apply but that doesn't happen until 2am PT tomorrow morning. So here we go again, more support chat. I also tweeted (X-ed?) Spectrum Sports to see if they could help out. I guess starting early is better than starting late, but I sort of remember in the past some matches that started early would cut off if they went past a certain length of time, which this match certainly could. |

Do I still believe in the Wahine or do I just like mess and think that it's good that Hawaii is not the only team guaranteed to make the NCAA with 5 matches left on the season? Either way, Go Bows!

ESPN+ tech support is incompetent. They escalated to a higher level twice and even then couldn't find the match on their own schedule. Realistically speaking if the Wahine lose this match tonight, I don't see them making the post season or getting an at large bid. JMO.

There is one lineup that Robyn has not tried yet, for some reason. This is the lineup:
OH1 - Paula Guersching
OH2 - Kendra Ham
MH - Amber Igiede
MB - Kennedi Evans
S - Kate Lang
OPP - Caylen Alexander
Lib - Riley Wagoner (this is the surprise)
Riley Wagoner will be able to anchor the back row from the Libero position. The only time Riley would not be in the back row is when Amber Igiede is serving. If Caylen Alexander's offense goes south, move Kendra Ham to Opposite, insert Stella Adeyemi as the OH2. Use Tali Hakas as a Blocking sub for either Caylen Alexander, or Kendra Ham. Have Tayli Ikenaga as the DS, ahead of Talia Edmonds. Tayli Ikenaga can come in for either Paula, Caylen, or Kendra, whoever is not doing the job, meaning receiving, or digging.

If Robyn cannot see this, something is definitely wrong. Or is it that Kaleo Baxter is the one directing Robyn to keep Riley as an Outside Hitter. I am starting to wonder. |

Also, idk if other Hawaii fans watching on Spectrum have noticed the commercial by Hawaii Pacific Health where they are demonstrating stretches. In that commercial, they really shouldve asked the demonstrator to wear a different pair of leggings. Her entire cat is showing.

I hope I am wrong, but as long as Robyn has Riley Wagoner at the Outside Hitter position, I feel this might be a very quick match, UCSB, 3-0. I mean Riley played the whole match at UCSB and it was pretty close lol |
