I mean coming back from 22-14 to force extra sets, is good. It’s shows something. We have the big west tournament. I’m just a disappointed in this season as the next, but we can’t give up on the team

UCSB deserves the auto bid. I don’t like the bs tourney. Never seen a losing team’s players smile so much. Pathetic.

UCSB hit .202 to Hawaii's .139. Hawaii had more kills and digs and scored virtually the same amount of points but the errors were the big difference maker yet again. 18 unforced hitting errors and 11 service errors won't beat many teams. Credit to the Wahine for battling back no matter what though. It sure made for entertaining TV.
Congrats to the Gauchos again!
Edit: The UCSB block was definitely better than Hawaii's with an 8-3 advantage.

McKnight with a kill. 27-26 UCSB Tough set by Kate to Kendra in transition The yo-yo between 10 foot line and trap has to make it that much harder for any Hawaii pin to commit to an approach. Totally agree. Especially for the opposites.

It's like everyone else on the team did not improve at all. I can't imagine how dominant she could be with a good setter.

Dave trying hard to find something good to say about this Hawaii team in the post game show is hilarious.
