Dismal first set by the Ducks. Strong defending and serving by the Cards, and take the first 25-15. Cards led by Baird with 4 kills. Ducks with 8 hitting errors, 4 service errors, and being aced 3 times. Can only get better for them right? lol

Always dicey challenging the down ref on a net call when they are the same one reviewing the replay. Paid off for Hambly there though. Maybe it’ll make her a little more cautious about evaluating those net calls. The one she called on Francis at the beginning of the set was also very questionable. |
