BYU sweeps. They had 13 aces. Gotta be a school record. I wish the game was at BYU because I've always wondered if that one guy ever runs out of Ace cards. HAHA this is hilarious

Note that games (at that point... not "sets") were to 30 points, not 25. BYU also had 3-set matches with 13 aces against Air Force in 2003, 2006, and 2007. (I don't recall when we switched to 25-point sets.) The first year of the 25-point rally-scoring era was 2008. As for BYU, their record for aces in a match is 20 against Weber State in 1985 (side-out era). 13 aces does appear to be the record for the 25-point era, though. As you noted, the record for the rally-scoring era overall is 14.
