You have to sit Smrek or Robinson or CC. Ashburn or Hammill would be on the block. Sheff thinks that's a net loss. Reading comprehension folks, I am not suggesting anything switch except orzol to OH, and GG to libero and TTA to the bench, where in that post did I say anything about a 5-1?? I am one of TTA's biggest doubter on this forum, as many can attest to. But: a) You don't change lineups this late in the season unless for some major reasons. Even the best teams and the best players need continuity to build chemistry and continuity on the court. It's not as simple a change as you keep trying to suggest, but a lot of shifting. b) TTA has a higher ceiling than Orzol as a terminator. Even in her super down season, she's still, to date, hitting slightly higher than what Orzol hit last season. A good showing against a bad Maryland side for Orzol doesn't change that fact.

it's not reading comprehension problem, it's a communication problem. If five people misunderstood what you were asking, your question likely was not very clear. Not to be snarky but where in that is it confusing? I genuinely couldn’t tell you where people would misinterpret my question? I'm not being snarky either, but you just said to bring Orzol back in as OH. With this team that doesn't mean necessarily that Temi sits. You started talking about TTA/GG, but didn't say replace TTA with Julia, specifically. I know you're new, but there have been so many discussions about how this lineup goes with the seven really good hitters and how they fit in. It's not automatic that saying putting someone in at OH means sitting the person they are replacing on the bench.

TTA can be all world on her night, but she has a hard time adjusting to the demands of hitting with low error. Sheff thinks he can get that all world performance out of her eventually, and get her to attack with low error. He's not going to get there sitting her. GG has passed well of late, and her OOS setting is great, but last year she was the weak point rival teams attacked. Sheff may not yet trust her to withstand an onslaught. It was good to see the team has enough depth to adjust to losing a player and still perform pretty well.

Orzol for that matter is actually a really good blocker for her size.

Attended this one. Carter Booth will haunt my dreams...
My friend said "does that one grunt when hitting? about Orzol haha.
Impressive to see Badger block in person. And Wisconsin fans well represented at the game.

As a Nebraska fan, I truly don’t know how you can have 80 attacks, 41 kills and only ONE hitting error. Take any team and have them go 6 on 0, with no opposition across the net. Serve lollipops to any team and run similar plays as Wisconsin did. You would get much more kills but no one would have zero hitting errors. Extremely impressive Badgers. Throw in the 76 percent side out snd 13 blocks to one. Destruction anyone?

I was impressed when Arizona had only 2 hitting errors not directly caused by blocks in 80 some swings against Wisconsin earlier in the year.
