My dad drew my attention to the stats in this match.
UW had 108 total points, UU 105. So +3 for Washington.
Kills: UW 59, Utah 66 (-7 for Washington)
Aces: UU 9, UW 8 (-1 for Washington)
Non-block attack errors: UU 9, UW 12 (-3 for Washington)
So far -11 for Washington.
BHE: UU 2 (+2 for Washington)
Blocks: UW 14, UU 8. (+6 Washington)
SE: UW 10, UU 16 (+6 Washington)
So we can see that the crucial margin of points for Washington came from Husky blocks and errors made by Utah on their side of the net.
