It's weird how forgettable A&M is for everyone lol. Their RPI is not bad, but I think it's bc they truly have not done sh*t lately and the matches I have seen them play in, they do not look tourney ready. But, their pre-season was legit. Mandela effect? Even the committee was like "Oh yeah they barely got in." Lol wut. They lost 1 match outside the Top 50. Texas A&M was legit. |

So they're angling for the rematch schedule, only way is move Wisconsin to overall 4 so a potential matchup is in final not semi-final. Lame.

I think it was Salima in one of the recent seasons that actually gave some pushback on the bracket and maybe directly to the chair during the broadcast. We miss her candor on these shows. Someone get her out of Notre Dame… I miss her on my TV! |

Wait, did we know A&M was in any sort of remote danger? This makes zero sense. A&M beat Florida, Utah State, Northern Iowa (THREE TOP 32 SEEDED TEAMS!!) + Pepperdine. What do you want??? With a good RPI!! Last-day results - overreact or ignore. They flipped Texas St. and A&M. But for some reason Tennessee's didn't matter at all. |

LOL they're even showing A&M's RPI at 28 - as one of last foru. UCSB as one of last four in is ridiculous. UCSB win's the Big West 27-4 and are not seeded. |

Committee Members for Loyola-Chicago (A-10) - CHAIR Marquette (Big East) Georgia Tech (ACC) Coastal Carolina (Sun Belt) Loyola-Chicago is a bubble team. Marquette lost to St. John's, a bubble team, at home, in the last week of the season. Georgia Tech is a bubble-seed. Coastal Carolina is ironically the Sun Belt AQ, and has the opportunity to bring in 3 other teams from their conference based on criteria. The Loyola Chicago one is interesting. I remember a long time ago, New Mexico's athletic director was on the men's basketball selection committee (I thought he was the chair, but it appears he was a senior member). New Mexico got in with a record-high 74 RPI in 1999. I don't think that was a coincidence. All you conspiracy nuts can give it a rest.Loyola not in, GA Tech not hosting. |
