Texas always gets a 6'+ setter that is top 3 that year and somehow Elliot recruited the wrong one! lol Well, I will say I don't think she's as bad as it's sometimes made out to be, but her backsets need help for sure. Texas did lead the conference in hitting percentage. She's fantastic as a server and blocker. There's plenty to work with there. And she is fiery |

Ella jumping to dump but not to set has thrown all of theories to the hillside so who know at this point! As far as speculations go, she could have a minor injury that needs her jumps to be limited. So knowing that she’ll be jumping to block and to attack, she could have been instructed to not not jump set or to stay on the ground when serving (idk if she actually jumps, just an example). |
