Based on the IG stories, doesn't look like Burbage played. No game action shots though.

Tamas HAS to get a front row transfer pick up when this next portal period opens. We are one injury away from being in a very dangerous position heading into this season and a revamped B1G conference.

The game yesterday was really tough to watch. But I think we all knew that coming in that we don’t have the depth in the spring that’s we wild need to have. Middles for all 3 sets were Bohm/Dean, Dean has to be replaced by incoming freshman. She is too slow to close the block and offers no offense. Bohm looked alright but a little off her usual game, still closing blocks and running routes. Outsides were Terry and Deboer, Terry struggled a little in passing and seemed to be struggling to get it in the court, but no big concerns. Deboer was actually a nice surprise, not seeing her play much I wasn’t sure what to expect. She had some great rips, struggles a little when the set was predictable, but added a great block and attitude. Right side was Sarah Bingham, she had some good swings and quite a few misconnects. Setting was mainly Brooke, she looks about the same, hoping she can work on some connections with players and she is still going for the jump top spin serve that definitely struggled a bit during the match. Serve receive looked a little more steady than last year, but still an issue along with floor defense. Barnes and Barry split time in the libero role. Barnes seemed to offer more stability and leadership. Bianca and Maya had some opportunities for DS/setter both of which are major weak points in the team. Burbage was not playing but I didn’t see any wraps or braces. Not the ideal match, but Minnesota also had there incoming class there adding some depth.
