There is only 1 PAC12 team I will always root for, Stanford. All the other PAC12 teams can go down a lava tube.

Hawaii hit .061 to Oregon's .266. The Ducks were led by Morgan Lewis' 14 kills hitting .667. The Ducks outdid Hawaii in every phase of the game and once again the Hawaii serve receive couldn't hold on. The Wahine floor defense went all out and held the Oregon hitters (sans Lewis and McGhee) down. Pukis is an incredible NCAA setter. I am excited to see how she fares moving forward in this tournament and beyond. My best goes out to Gabby Gonzales! She continued to play hard and contribute to her teams win. Praying for a speedy recovery for the Sweet 16. Go 'head Ducks! Just to add to this, The Wahine with the highest hitting % for the match is the very one that was criticized the entire season. Lauhala Louie you rock sistah gurl. Yes ma'am! Long live the PURSE! |

The Wahine will be back in the NCAA Tournament next year. The question is will Oregon, after going through the B1G gauntlet. I do not see Oregon surviving in the B1G Conference.

Congrats to the Ducks on playing an impressive match. Once they got their engines going, man did they fly high.
Rough way for the 'Bows to end the season but they did themselves proud in what they accomplished. Best of luck to the Seniors and thanks for the great memories. Can't wait to see what Robyn & company unveil for next season. Go 'Bows!

An extremely BIG MAHALO to Amber Igiede, for sticking with the Wahine Team. She could have easily gone to any team she wanted to, but she stuck with the Wahine Team. Truly loved her commitment to the Wahine Team. This lady should be respected for that. MAHALO AGAIN, Amber Igiede!!!! Hoping all the very best for you, in your Volleyball Future, and in your Life, beyond Wahine Volleyball.
