OR...she could follow the K-State libero Morris to Minnesota 🤞🤞🤞 Doesnt Minn have 2 setters, Shaff & SSS the sequel? Morris is a lib, the pepperdine girl is the middle right? Also she's not SSS btw, shes just SS

Or I went up there for a couple football games and found it a nightmare to get to, but a nice little town with lovely people. And I also have been to Pepperdine as well, which is as spectacular a campus setting as there is in the US. The area around Kansas State is many things, but scenic is not one of them. There are other strengths to lean into. That’s not one of them. I’m not comparing it to Pepperdine but I think someone is still salty about losing their last match in MHK Okay. I’m not salty about it even a little bit. KState earned that win. My biggest takeaway from that match is that Texas served KState extremeky well, but the Wildcats were more clutch down the stretch. I don’t really have any emotions attached to it one way or another beyond that. Kudos to KState. I feel like you may be delusional about the area around Manhattan, Kansas and think it actually holds possibilities as a tourist destination. The area I live in isn’t exactly one that enamors people with its beauty, either.

I hope next year they can be more consistent in that area. I think hitting errors was the main problem for Texas. Yeah I’m not saying it’s a tourist attraction but is actually more scenic than most of Kansas which isn’t saying much.

I mean just looking at stats she hit .196 with 2.25 k/s and .34 b/s. If I remember correctly she only played 3 rotations at tOSU. Might be a good get for a mid major? Or utilized differently? Idk This is one of the more surprising portal entries to me. She seemed to be a major part of JFLOs plan.

Pepperdine to K-State.. wow what a change in scenery☹️ Scenery? Is that what we’re calling what’s around Manhattan, KS now? In Supernatural, Sam and Dean's secret HQ bunker is located in Manhattan, KS.

Thorpe probably wants to play more next season and once Egan recovers and Sellman arrives it is probable that she will not be in the starting line up? Thorpe was not a starter until Egan got injured. Arica (spelling?) Davis was a starting middle and transferred to Minnesota after her freshman year. Would like to see our players develop consistent and effective blocking, and better serve receive!!! ---those of us who watch OSU anticipated serve receive issues after Murr's exit--and wonder why a graduate libero was not picked up in the portal for this season? Our recruits are solid, but the sub par serve receive this season makes it difficult to evaluate how much our freshmen progressed--

Averi is a great setter. From the outside, Texas does not seem like a logical fit. Texas has a 6'3 true freshman setter that is leading them to the Final Four.

There’s no way Carlson ends up at Texas right?? I would be very surprised. I think if you’re Texas it makes sense since we only have 1 scholarship setter to go after one. But, for Averi it really depends what she’s looking for in a school. Auburn and Texas seem to indicate two different goals. At Auburn she’d very likely be the starter on a mid level team. At Texas she would be battling someone who already started for a year and is younger. But if she’s looking for team success it would make sense. Or maybe she just wants to play in the SEC? I still think TCU makes a lot of sense. But staying at Baylor makes the most sense to me so what do I know.
