Do you realize you’re full of sh*t when you type these things? Or just that lacking in self-awareness? What makes the full of %*$#. I know we’re gonna go to the persons feelings. This is why I think basing things on someone’s feelings is ridiculous. Everyone has feelings. What about the biological women that are upset by this. Do their feelings not count? Your feelings certainly don't count, that's for sure.

It’s not about feelings. Tate meets every single standard and guideline set out for participation in our sport as a woman. Therefore, she is allowed to play. It’s you who seems worried about feelings and using that as a crutch for your objections.

They'll be more concerned as they get more lawsuits. University Policy is getting in the cross hairs of elected officials. Forced DEI initiatives that are getting struck down more and more. Federal law should be the far larger concern as university policy when it comes to these matters are very fluid. I posted on this earlier, but there are significant federal nondiscrimination protections in place in higher education and compliance with those laws are more important to a university than what some hooting chud thinks about trans athletes playing amateur sports. Is there evidence that specifying athletic divisions are based on sex, not gender violates any sort of anti-discrimination law? What happens when Washington (who chose to join a Midwest-based conference) plays matches in a state that has laws specifying that trans women can’t participate in women’s sports?

You can fight logic with logic, illogic you can’t. It eventually falls apart on itself. That’s where the name calling or trying to shout over someone comes in. Peoples feelings are the easiest thing to manipulate. It why we have people in power pushing everything to feelings. People feel differently about different things. How do we choose whose feelings should matter more. The whole concept is insane. It’s not sustainable

The institutions seem to think denying participation to trans people who meet certain requirements violates those laws. No idea. Why would you think I'd know the answer to that question?

Unclear on what that has to do with governing body requirements for participation. It also doesn’t override federal law. But I guess I can at least appreciate that people who clearly have ZERO clue how any of this works are willing to openly demonstrate their ignorance.

This will turn into an absolute disaster if allowed. I guarentee it. It’s so easy to see. Kinda like everyone that thought defunding the police was a great idea. Crickets now.

Tate meets every single standard and guideline set out for participation in our sport as a woman. This is not going to stand as is at all. Too much gray area as in when conversion begins. What level of testosterone is OK? ETc. Etc.?! What are the current standards? Link please? Were these standards introduced by executive order by our current President perhaps?

This is what I’m trying to get across. It’s not about one individual player it’s about the precedent it sets and what doors are open

But every governing body from USAV to the NAA to the IOC has had guidelines in place for a long time (several for nearly 20 years). Your ignorance of said guidelines is not my problem.
