I am still unsure about how best to navigate the transgender athlete situation, where they should play etc, as I have not done enough research.
But this article is SO clearly trasnphobic, they cant even use the correct pronouns
Shame on this article and you for sharing it
Regardless of your opinions on where they should play, what criteria needs to be met, hormones, surgery etc, the least you can do is be respectful about someone’s pronouns

I couldn't even read the article. There's a lot of hate on that site that's obvious on first glance.
I will say I'm adamantly opposed to transgenders transgender persons born male who identify as female competing in women's collegiate sports outside of coed sports such as equestrian events, but I do understand I'm in the far minority on this site.
But that site doesn't handle what is a complicated and very emotional issue for a lot of people with any kind of nuance whatsoever.

Cause it's just going to endless bickering and back and forth negativity. I'm not touching the topic on trans in sports, but overall I just feel sad for Tate's inevitable future of having to deal with all this hate as a teenager. |
