The Bradley match on Aug. 20 is an exhibition match, right? Doesn't count on the W/L, right? Thanks in advance...I don't understand why they don't label it that way.....

Just checked out the new roster and hope to see a summary or bio added hopefully sometime later this month. The team got jipped for certain regarding whoever took the volleyball roster pics. Yikes. Exposure is wonky and major lighting issue. Whoever took photos should have used a diffuser.
I can guarantee you that the girls can't be too happy with those results.

I wonder how many people are aware that's the etymology. When I was younger I always thought it was just one of those weird swedish words that was just mispronounced, and mispelled as jipped. |

I thought Sheff said last year that going forward, The Badgers weren't going to play any matches if the host couldn't provide a stream at a minimum. Anyway, a barren weekend is a bummer.
While I'm at it, I sure would like to see the team picture one of these days. The Gophers put their photo out. That makes them 1-0 against the Badgers for now. Fortunately, my 24-5 prediction for The Badgers includes a sweep of The Gophers. All's well that ends well.

This is the 4th and final year of a "challenge" between/among the four teams. So Sheffield wouldn't have been able to get out if it, even if there is no TV. (There was none two years ago when they all played at TCU; this year it will be up to Baylor, so maybe on Big VII channel?) |
