Edit: or it has something to do with his retweet if this field house fan club thing: I am very much looking forward to when they can get all this quasi-official support for athletics under one umbrella. I really don't need 5 different organizations pumping me for $$, especially during a Presidential year. |

I am glad that UW is making the post-game press conference available on You Tube. It is better to see and hear the players and to get to hear the comments that don't make it into the Punzel/Stewart stories. That is a nice improvement. The expanded post-game show on 100.5 has, at least so far this year, included the full post-game press conference. There are a lot of commercials and game recap repetition in the lead-up, but still nice to be able to hear the press conf once it starts. |

Correct. I am not surprised Carlini will join(Sheffield hinted it before), but this is a MUCH bigger role than I was expecting. Looking forward to seeing her in time-outs.

Her new title feels like utter nonsense, but who cares. haha The NCAA has rules about how many "coaches" a team may have. So they make up titles like that. NCAA football teams have tons of such "consultants". I think it is the case that such "consultants" cannot be on the bench/field during matches/games. But I could be wrong. I guess we'll see next week. |
