We really had six (6!) net violations jfc. I swear the practice nets have to be lower than the game nets. I want video confirmation they're all the correct height

Still a young team. I'm actually pleased it was so competitive. I was worried it would be a sweep.

But I do agree this group does have potential, but it's frustrating losing all of these big ooc games each year since the natty. And with Texas joining the SEC our reign is probably over. I think it's pretty obvious the losses Anders and Cramer on the staff made a big impact on the program.

I'm here to overreact. ZERO MENTAL TOUGHNESS. ZERO KILLER INSTINCT. ZERO COMPOSURE UNDER PRESSURE. WE FOLD LIKE A CARD TABLE EVERY TIME. See y'all tomorrow I guess I don’t disagree with some of this, as I feel it too. But after sleeping on it, I’m going to pose a question: is this the fault of the coaching staff? Those girls looked like a whipped puppy during the last sets. I am as competitive as they come, but no one looked like they were having fun. There was no joy. Of course the expectation is to win, but a team rarely wins every game each season. I ask this because I only get to see games on the TV. I’m not there in person so I can’t gauge the bench and huddles during timeouts. Are the ramifications of not meeting expectations too harsh or is the coaching staff looking for someone on the team to step up? I genuinely don’t know the answer to this question but man it’s hard to watch when they crumble like that.

I hope they prove me wrong

I hope they prove me wrong I was at the Penn State game, thought they played extremely well the first two sets and just let the third get away from them. However the inability to refocus in set 4 has been an unfortunate pattern in big games the last three years. Optimistically this group has a high ceiling, pessimistically they are struggling where we thought they would struggle. Did skinner ever give reason for changing the Libero?

This is the conversation every year. And then we win the SEC. Relax. We are good

I mean that's kinda the reason why we're venting, because we do do this every year. I would like to see us win a big non-conference game at home, personally

Skinner has been awful with the portal and I have no idea why Kentucky is a good program, he just can’t seem to land big name kids from it

How many volleyball programs do you think are handing out that kind of money or more in NIL? Certainly Texas and Nebraska, What others?
