Doesn't matter because we won't be facing them. Arizona State will beat them in the sweet sixteen. I hope it happens but I have my doubts. IIRC, ASU is a bit undersized. I would think Wisconsin would feast on the block. But ASU plays that very up tempo offense. Maybe they’ll be too quick for the big blockers? Everyone is undersized compared to Wisconsin. If size determined wins, Wisconsin would be undefeated. Their passing is bad. At best they'll make it to the Nebraska match, but they are not the same team from the last three years. Could they beat Nebraska? Of course. Will they if we meet again? Unlikely. And yes, they should be worried about ASU. Wisconsin has a big block, but it's slow. Tempo teams are built to abuse big slow blocks. |

Are the first two rounds all through the ESPN app now? And if so, does anyone know if you can watch them later, like with BTN+? (I'm not in NE anymore, so can't watch on NETV.). We have plans Friday and Saturday night, and I'm ok watching the first two rounds after the fact.

Friendly reminder Husker fans, a lot of us were nervous about drawing Kentucky last year, who was one of the hottest teams in the country. They went down to Arkansas in Sweet 16, who then gave us everything we can handle. So, match by match, lets enjoy the ride and take nothing for granted!

Don't sleep on ASU. They are tough to deal with with their ultra fast tempo. Only 2 loses. Their coach is one of the best out there. Overall, I can't complain about the bracket much. Penn State has a tougher path. We certainly won't sleep on ASU, but we have played them and defeated them, so I'm hoping they knock off Wisconsin so we don't have to try a threepeat against the Badgers. |
