Marquette's schedule has the location named currently. So, that's a bit weird. But maybe there was a travel concern and the teams are trying to work something out.

It would be nice to know if it included non-basketball sports, but that news is only a couple days old now.

I would bet they try to get MU/CU on TV both weeks - likely working with Fox to get that done hence the TBD.

There is a good chance Nebraska and Purdue will be on BTN or the Fox family. We will know for sure Aug. 1st.

But I got that as second hand info, so grain of salt and all that.

That opening weekend tournament was the last real mystery to me. I think it should be interesting. All had decent records/rpi finishes last year. Tough, but not impossible. What are others thoughts on the opening weekend?

What are others thoughts on the opening weekend? I find drake to be a puzzling addition. They're going to have a complete roster turnover (tbh I would like to have seen south dakota).

What are others thoughts on the opening weekend? I think it's a good opening weekend to prepare them for the following three (more difficult) weekends. I'm looking forward to see the USC match the following week. For week number four, I'm thinking about a road trip to Lawrence. For me personally, the really bad part about the very first match of the year vs NC State is that the Omaha Mavs have their opening night vs Houston at the same time.

What are others thoughts on the opening weekend? I was guessing the opening tournament could be with Missouri and Iowa St, so I got one team right. I'm a little surprised that they aren't playing Iowa St this year since they match up fairly often in non-conference. Another item of note is that they are not playing Tulsa in the Kansas tournament.

Just found this out because I read the article lol but CU is 176-13 in the Big East since 2014. Does anyone know if there’s another program in the country that is as dominant in conference as Creighton? Also in case anyone was curious about the losses here you go 2014: @ Seton Hall, Home vs Seton Hall 2015: @ Villanova 2016: Undefeated 2017: @ Marquette, @ Villanova 2018: Undefeated 2019: @ Villanova 2020: Vs Marquette 2021: @ St Johns, @ Connecticut 2022: @ Marquette 2023: @ Xavier, @ Marquette
