Volleyball capacity is 2950 according to a google search. Per the email I got, 1,550 season ticket holders, 350+ reserved for students, over 1,900 are spoken for each home game. It's usually a pretty full house, so, plenty of tickets available for each game, but most of those will be sold when the time comes. |

Single game tickets will reportedly be available beginning August 9. Regarding the capacity, the Google result is not quite right. As Boxcarlii mentioned, according to the email to season ticket holders, 1,900 seats have been spoken for. Unfortunately, some season ticket holders with great seats only attend a few matches per year. |

Nebraska Public Media will broadcast three Creighton home matches this Fall:
October 18 Xavior
November 1 St. John's
November 3 Villanova.
This Friday at 5:00 is the Blue-White Scrimmage.

Was anyone at the blue/white tonight? We just returned from the scrimmage and the dinner with the team at Old Mattress Factory. Going in, I was looking closely at the contenders for the RS spot: TeStrake, Johnson, and Ndam-Simpson. TeStrake was the only player listed as an RS, and she has improved a lot since her freshman year. She is must faster, confident, and had some impressive digs while playing reps at OH. In set 4, Creighton seemed to have their likely starting lineup on one team, and TeStrake was on that team. Johnson had probably the most impressive kills tonight outside of Sis. If only looking at hitting, she's clearly ahead right now in my eyes. One interesting thing about her is that she grew two inches since one year ago and is now listed at 6'3. During the dinner, one of the questions from the audience was who has the smelliest feet. She answered, "Coach Booth". Coach Booth then said, "I hope you've enjoyed seeing Jaya (because she's not going to be around anymore)". Ndam Simpson also had some highlight kills and played some at RS. She might start at RS because of her experience last year and because of her dynamic offence, but she's a bit undersized at 6'. At libero, Breissinger seemed to have the best overall night. My prediction is that Penn State transfer Bilinovic will split time with McCune at the other D/S position. Overall, Sis was the most impressive hitter tonight and seemed to be in mid-season form. At the dinner later, setter Kendra Wait expressed her excitement a about the removal of the double contact rule this year in the NCAA. |

Bilinovic has generally been a strong passer and last year was by far her best. She'll definitely have a place on the court imo.
