How crazy good will the Big 10 be this year. WOW! Standard B1G10 - the top is VERY good, the middle is good & wide, only a few stragglers at the bottom. The two SoCal teams made the middle even wider! |

Pitt beat Michigan 3-2 in exhibition today. 15-13 in the 5th It sounds like Rachel only played the first set in a 5-1 (pitt won that set), and in a 6-2 in the second with Nisa (pitt lost 15-25 yuck), then Nisa went the rest of the match. It looks like they are just easing Rachel back into play. It also sounds like Ryla and Bianca also went most of the match in the middle. Oregon match on Friday will be the first true barometer, since I assume all the training wheels will be off. |

Damn, didn’t know Haiti is out with a knee injury, heart broken for her If you see the video they took while they were in Oregon, you can see she has a pretty noticeable scar on her knee. It looks like surgery happened over the summer, so now it makes going out and getting Nisa make a lot more sense. |

really weird. she's brought several olympic sports to prominence, started construction on a huge renovation of facilities, and FB/BB are doing pretty well compared to the start of her tenure. must be something behind the scenes going on because I can't think of any Pitt fan who was clamoring for her to go.

Regarding Lyke, I would guess she spent too much money on non revenue sports or couldn't get enough NIL in place. Pretty ridiculous. It's the changing business of college sports. Bring money, bring transfers who will take the money.
That's what I read into the "new vision".
