Kids are probably sick of having to clarify “no, not that Notre Dame” anytime anyone asks them where they go to school or where they play.

Looks like it has about 1,500 students, founded in 1922. Campus size is 48 acres in a suburban setting. The real estate might have some value.

To be fair, the school has been “on the brink of closing” since I lived in Ohio more than 12 years ago. They’re dying a slow death by a million paper cuts over there.

I saw them play once on the road against Urbanna. Urbanna closed for good during covid. The were the only two Ohio teams in an otherwise West Virginia conference.
