Interesting that some setters like Madi Bugg never got the opportunity to play for the NT. Hope J. Gray won’t go down the same path

Definitely seems like Avery is ahead of Frantti and SWP in the depth chart. I’m curious to see where Lanier falls in this list though Assuming Karch makes his final decisions soon, Lanier really doesn’t have a lot of time to prove herself. Kinda unfortunate

48.7 was her kill percentage in champions league. Just based on her season alone they would bring her. I don’t think some of the people on here understand how elite 49% kills is for an entire season But what if she’s not someone’s favorite player?!!!…what then?!! or not kumbaya enough!?

I don't know how Karch will be making any decisions soon. There are more questions than answers outside of Larson and JWO that we've seen. We can assume Cook/KP based on their success this year but everything else is a mess.

re. the Olympic roster, I think the degree to which these couple VNL weeks are a tryout is limited. I think they know who they want to take… What this week is especially, is the 1st time everyone is in the gym, and the degree of any injury or conditioning issues are certain, and any changes dictated by that will be known. The strategy around that 13th player can clarify based on any A-teamer that may have a high probability of coming up lame during the tourney. I wonder if they will look at any benefit the men’s group are getting out of early roster certainty, and maybe make the call earlier rather than later…. The tension just has to be crazy for the gals this week.

I’m inclined to drive to Anaheim and see who’s holding hands and braiding each others’ hair when exiting the gym! lol

We can assume Cook/KP based on their success this year but everything else is a mess. The only thing that's "a mess" about Annie is her defense and blocking. You better count her as a lock!
