Lauren Carlini has announced she will be leaving the USA NT, which setter is Karch gonna scout next for that 3rd setter spot? Jenna Gray? Sydney Hilley? Tori Dilfer? Ashley Evans? From college Kami Miner? Kate Lang? Rachel Fairbanks? Alexis Stucky? Big12 and Big10 stars Camryn Haworth and Camryn Turner? who’s replacing Carlini ?i thought emp was a darling in the junior programs? She probably still is, curious to see if she will get a Pan Am nod. She's moving to the top team in the French league. There's one, maybe two names from that list in OP that will be around for LA (If I had to guess)

If she can get healthy I'd like to see Pukis also get a shot in the 2028 quad

I could maybe see Gray get more of a look if she keeps her good form up

Not her biggest fan but could Bergen Reily pull Logan Tom maybe? She should. Bergen&Kami for 2028! It's also naive to think that poulter will be healthy enough to play high level competition in long run again. I think Gray will help the team a lot in next WCH and then Bergen will replicate Poulter's pre-Tokyo situation from 2027.

I’m not too knowledgable with pro ball so please forgive my ignorance. But whatever happened to Madison Lilley? AVCA poty, no? Why hasn’t she been in the USA gym? Too small. Not the type they’re looking for. The Lilleys & SSS’s don’t fit their prototype (i.e. why we’re looking at an extended Ashley Evans NT career and why everyone should be saying hello to Fairbanks sooner rather than later). Fairbanks could be really really good too. She’s already very good but her physicality is a big deal and she’s good at everything. Just needs to find a little more consistency in her location but the people on here with their agendas against her for being bad against like Trinidad are act like she’s awful

Lilley's hands were more of a factor than her height to her struggles overseas.
she lost her spot in Germany to van aalen and couldnt set anyone but Avery in France.

Sorry, differentiating between national team and international success with the Lilley/SSS vs Evans/Dilfer/Fairbanks examples. The USA gym prefers a specific setter build. the pan am games team with SSS, Lilley, Cuttino, Plummer, Curry, Rosenthal, and Alhassan is a fever dream lol

Yeah. For this means little. Low-level competition. She has never blocked or defended. I don't see an offense here. I see pushing against the flow. I hope she does well in LOVE.
