Attending your school’s final four or college football playoff game as an undergrad is a once in a lifetime opportunity. This is ABSOLUTELY the right call. I hope the players are able to land tickets and make the trip to Phoenix.

And when the girls are doing their thing in the fall, I hope the other sports programs can provide similar support. It's all about camaraderie and supporting your school and fellow student-athletes. |

It's great that the ladies want to support the basketball program, but if the ladies were in the volleyball final four would the basketball program cancel a planned event to support the volleyball players? My guess is they wouldn't. |

You may be attaching a “bad vibe” where none existed. Final Four appearances don’t happen every year. I am going to assume that the event would’ve been rescheduled if it were possible. |
