Schedule is finally out. How do we predict they will do in the noncon. I'm going with 7-2. Georgia Tech, TCU, Tennessee, and CAL could all challenge them. I think a7-2 record in non conference matches is totally doable. I have high hopes for this team this year 🤞 |

Based on the preseason rankings the Bruins have #14 Georgia Tech in Week 1 and #15 Tennessee in Week 2. They also have TCU week 3 who aren’t Top 25 yet (they’re technically #28) but I see them possibly moving there fairly soon. Fingers crossed UCLA can pull it out against 2 of those teams and crack the top 25.

Early rankings don’t mean much but UCLA needs all the wins it can get in pre conference since conference record may be ugly.

After seeing what she did against Wisconsin yesterday, now I am mad that we lost her to Louisville 😡 Losing Luper definitely left a big hole in the program but hopefully one of Horne/ Bendziute/ Urzua can emerge as an elite outside. The Bruins are also in the mix for some good 27’s so the future looks bright. Helps to have a coach who’s a 2x Olympic Medalist.  |

I don't forsee Sofia Victoria being with the team this weekend (and maybe more) as her sister, Pilar, was found dead in her apartment in Türkiye today.
Sending prayers to her family and loved ones during this tragic, painful time.

She also was really good all of last year too. |
