The VT, Coaches and media polls are closer than they have been in past years. At least it feels that way. Also there have been bigger swings each week than in past for the coaches poll which used to move very slowly, frequently because some coaches seemed to just "mail in" same rankings week to week

Maybe you shouldn't have volunteered to take on this task. All you have done is complain. "I don't have time" to do it right. "I won't accept ballots that don't have exactly 20 teams listed". "I can't get this poll out on Monday or Tuesday" when all the other polls get released.
