UCI needs to move D’Arcy or Grigoriev or get Weber a chance at middle.
UC Irvine another slow start. They look out terrible. See if they can turn it around

Only a Nygaard team would get an out of rotation call and then basically serve a ball under the net and get aced in extra time in 3 out of 4 points to lose a set.

USC is better than I thought they would be. They are a young team and some inexperience showed. Both teams were running on fumes in that fourth set. USC needs to take advantage of Wes Smith’s height and athleticism more. Set him higher and more often.
