Lindenwood is looking good against LMU right now leading 2-1. Still no Spadaro for LMU, not even on the bench; wonder what's going on with that. Clay Weiter hitting .650 on 20 attempts leading the game in kills.

Knipe can get tunnel vision, has had 3-4 times he should just set a middle in set 3, and doesn't. only 1 or 2 sets to a middle in set 3. I know he gets some grief, but he's got to make more plays out there. @ 23-23, he then goes for a low chance dump, like now?
and now Kerr is in a rhythm, gonna be a grind to win this now for either team, but Knipe has to at least go to Bouchkow or Towrie some of the time.

Beach is the better team at this stage and controlled the match. 1st match on long travel is always tough to get legs. I'd expect a 2-2 record on this West Coast trip for PSU, which would be a successful venture. If they could muster a 3-1 record that would be incredible. |
